What: Bad Art Night
When: Monday night, November 24th
Where: Kenny J’s Coffee House on the corner of NASA Rd. 1 and Kirby Drive out by NASA.

This month’s theme is Thanksgiving. I’ll have cardboard and markers available to make “ex votos” — little retablos, or paintings, offered in thanksgiving for the good things in life.

Yeah that’s Thanksgiving week, but it’ll give you a good chance to focus on the spirit of the holiday in a creative way. You could make some Christmas gifts and cards — bring your holiday craft project — or just take advantage of one of your last opportunities to chill creatively before the hectic holiday season starts.

So come make bad art with an attitude of gratitude.
