I am finally back on line and up and running. Sorry I missed everyone at the earlier Cafe Brasil gig. Well, I saw all of you, but I was in a big hurry and seemed somewhat like a pompous arse in retrospect. My apologies on that end.

I also apologize for missing the above gig.

Personally, I am still saddened that my Flash ? MT integration attempts did not work and now I am back to frames. Ugh.

Hope to meet all of you for a more in-depth chat session.

The new address for the mailing list is at:
http://www.lemurpants.com/mailman/listinfo/htownblogs_lemurpants.com

While still convoluted, it is much more intuitive than the old one.

One of the admins should update the "Mailing List Access" link at the right there.

Sorry I missed this one, on the 23rd, a group of people will be trying to start the Inner Loop Science Fiction and Fantasy Used Book Group at Cafe Express on Waugh and W Gray. This is a spin off of the existing Clear Lake Group. More information is available on my journal. I also have a News Digest blog that is getting more popular. None of my blogs seem to be posted here yet.

Hey guys, I can't post news, so I'm leaving a comment and hoping everyone sees this.

One of my sites is home to the H-Town Blogs mailing list, and this site is getting moved to a new (stronger, faster, stabler) server. I just received notice from my host provider (<plug>Hosting Matters - they rock hardcore, I strongly suggest checking them out </plug> <-- sorry, but I'm quite happy with their service) that my site (lemurpants.com) is up for migration, and as such, some of the settings are going to change.

What does this mean for you guys? Well, not too much, except that the link to the mailing list and archives is going to change (when I get that working, I'll let everyone know) once the migration is complete. This translates to some potential downtime for the mailing list, and I wanted to give you guys a heads up.
